Closing a club, stripping a hotel gym or clearing a school fitness room is not a standard online booking. The kit is heavier, often fixed to the floor, and the access is a loading bay, service lift or corridor rather than a front door. Gymstock quotes these jobs individually.

We can remove a single commercial treadmill or clear a whole floor. The quote depends on the number of machines, whether they are bolted down, and how we get them out.

A short video of the room is useful if the layout is tight.
How a commercial clearance runs
We review the photos and access, then send a price. If you accept, we agree a date. On larger rooms we may need more than the standard two-man team or more than one visit. That is agreed before the day, not sprung on site.
Machines that will not fit through the exit in one piece are dismantled. Fixed equipment is unbolted where that is part of the agreed job. We remove what is listed. Fixtures, flooring and building works are not part of an equipment clearance unless we have said so in the quote.
Buying kit from a closure
Working commercial machines are often worth more than scrap. If the club, hotel or school wants to sell rather than only dispose, say so in the first message. We buy quality working kit and can still remove what is damaged or outdated. See we buy gym equipment.
Where we work
Commercial clearances are quoted across Greater London and the South: Essex, Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Wiltshire and Dorset.
Sites outside that area can still be quoted. They cannot be booked on the home collection form.
Why not use the online booking price
The online price is for a house or flat collection with a known item band. A 20-piece hotel gym, a school fitness suite or a club floor will not match that price, and booking it online would understate the job. Send the details and we will price the clearance properly.

Can you clear a gym in one day?
Small rooms, often yes. Larger clubs may need a longer visit or a second day. We say which before you accept the quote.
Do you work out of hours?
Ask when you send the quote. Hotels and offices often need early or late access.
Will you unbolt machines?
If that is included in the agreed quote, yes. Tell us if equipment is fixed to the floor.
Can you leave some machines and take the rest?
Yes. Mark what is going and what is staying.
Do you provide waste paperwork?
Ask if you need disposal records for a school, council or hotel group. We will confirm what we can supply for that job.
