Book a collection online

Gymstock buys quality working gym equipment for cash and collects it from homes and commercial sites across London and the South. If the kit is old, damaged or not worth buying, we can still remove it as a booked collection.

The best way to start is a message with the make, model, photos, condition and postcode. Email sales@gymstock.co.uk or text 07400 887613.

What we are most likely to buy

Commercial and good home machines in working order sell more easily than worn domestic kit. Useful details are:
Brand and model, such as Life Fitness, Technogym, Concept2, Matrix, Precor or Cybex
Age, if you know it
Whether it powers on and the belt, pedals or rail run properly
Photos of the full machine and any damage
Postcode and floor level

Concept2 rowers, commercial treadmills, commercial bikes and complete weight sets are worth sending in. A badly worn home treadmill may only be a collection, not a purchase. We will say which.

What we collect even if we do not buy it

Non-working and low-value machines can still be removed. Book that as a collection rather than waiting on a purchase price. The online booking price covers dismantling and removal for standard jobs in our area.

If part of a room is saleable and part is scrap, tell us. We can price a buy-and-clear in one visit where it makes sense.

How a purchase works

You send make, model, photos, condition and postcode.
We reply with a cash offer, or we say it is collection-only.
If you accept, we agree a collection date.
The team collects the equipment. Payment terms are confirmed in the offer, not assumed.
Do not dismantle a machine you want to sell unless we ask you to. Assembled and working is easier to assess.

Areas

We buy and collect across Greater London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Wiltshire and Dorset.

Outside that area, send the postcode anyway. We will say if we can collect or if the distance rules it out.

Home sellers and gym closures

Home sellers usually have one to five items. A photo of each piece and the postcode is enough to start.

Clubs, hotels and schools closing a room should use the commercial route as well. Photos of the whole floor, a list, and access notes help us separate what we would buy from what we would only remove. See commercial gym clearance.

If you only want it gone

You do not have to sell. If the aim is removal, book a collection. Choose the item band and access type, pay online, and the time slot is confirmed 24–48 hours before the date.

Text 07400 887613 or email sales@gymstock.co.uk to ask about a purchase.
